A loss in football can motivate the team to ask for extra practices to work on skills that need improvement, such as dribbling, passing or scoring. I decided to survey other people to see if I was the only one who thought football had so many benefits. This is why I say that football is the best school in life, because everything that happens in this game can teach you a lesson about life. Closely related to the physical and emotional benefits that football brings is the positive impact it can have on mental well-being. Having your kids busy practicing on a football team keeps them away from all these technological devices.

While there are many benefits to playing football when it comes to physical fitness, it also has many benefits when it comes to emotional and mental well-being. Through a football team organized by World Vision Child-Friendly Space facilitators in South Sudan, girls learn to identify, report and respond to abuse or threats of child marriage and connect with their peers. If you are someone who is not very sociable and has a hard time making friends, then football is the best sport for you. Especially for me as a football player who has learned everything in life with a football on his feet. Gender equality is fundamental to effective and sustainable development, and participating in sports such as football can help end gender stereotypes.

It can be hard for a parent to see their child cry because they lost a football game or cry because maybe one of their teammates doesn't like it.
